We’re currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented League Coordinator to enhance our club standards and help shape the future of football in Oceania.
Key Responsibilities:
In this exciting and influential role, you will:
- Facilitate communication and coordination across departments and the league delivery team.
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, document management, and meeting coordination.
- Assist with league events and match day logistics, including planning and on-the-ground support.
- Support internal reporting, club communications, and record-keeping of league activities.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision-making.
- Help drive new league initiatives from concept to completion.
- Identify opportunities for improved processes and service delivery.
- Act as a key contact point for clubs and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective support.

Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or a minimum of 3 years of experience in professional clubs/leagues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience in sports administration or event coordination.
Other Requirements:
- Fluent in English (French is a plus but not essential).
