Fijian international Roy Krishna has announced he will continue his career with Indian club side ATK.
The 32-year-old striker broke the news via his Twitter account on Friday meaning he will return to India next season to help ATK defend their Indian Super League crown.
Krishna, who shot to prominence in recent years due to his goal-scoring exploits for the Wellington Phoenix in the A-League, fired home 15 goals for ATK last season, his first campaign with the club.
In March, ATK beat Chennaiyin FC 3-1 to capture their third Indian Super League title.
I am delighted to extend my contract with @ATKFC Mohun Bagan. I had no hesitation in choosing to remain with the Champion Team. Looking forward to returning to Kolkata, training, reuniting with teammates & the merger of ATK & Mohun Bagan

He was part of their squad for the 2016 Olympics in Brazil as one of three overage players and scored their only goal in the tournament during their 5-1 loss to Mexico.
