OFC Statutes
The OFC Statutes and the regulations governing their application represent the “constitution” of OFC. These documents provide the basic laws for Oceania football including guidelines for competitions, transfers, doping issues and various other concerns.
OFC makes a concerted effort to fight racism or discrimination of any kind, promotes friendly relations between everyone involved in the game and obliges them to observe the Statutes, regulations and principles of fair play.
Changes to the OFC Statutes can be made by the OFC Congress and require a three-quarter majority of the Member Associations present and eligible to vote.
