There are two more days of action to go in the Summer Youth League, a tournament organised by the Football Federation of American Samoa (FFAS), at the Kananafou Theological Centre.
The children competing in the younger divisions – six to nine mixed and nine to 11 mixed – have been playing twice a day during the past four game days, to the delight of their parents, grandparents and guardians.
These divisions are just for fun but the older youths – boys’ 12 to 14, girls’ 15 to 17 and boys’ 15 to 17 – are battling fiercely for the top four play-offs that will be held on Saturday.
