The tournament acts as the regional qualifier for the event, with reigning champions New Zealand defending their title against Papua New Guinea, Tonga and Vanuatu in a round robin competition.
The official draw for the OFC event was conducted at OFC Headquarters on Friday, 24 January in Auckland, New Zealand.
The championship will be held at Mangere Centre Park in Auckland, New Zealand form 18-22 February 2014 and sees two games played per day, with kick-offs at 13h00 and 16h00, with rest days breaking up the match days.
The opening match will see Tonga take on Papua New Guinea followed by New Zealand versus Vanuatu. The final match will see the two top teams from 2011, Papua New Guinea and New Zealand, face-off.
