NOUMEA – AS Magenta, JS Baco, AS Mont Dore and the winners of the Championnat des Iles AS Kirikitr will contest the playoff series to determine Federation Caledoniennes de
Football’s (FCF) national champion after the completion of regular season fixtures last weekend.

AS Magenta and JS Baco fought out a thrilling 3-3 draw in their round 14 fixture at Stade Nouma Daly with the result leaving AS Magenta in top place by just a single point over
Baco.

AS Mont Dore clinched the third playoff spot after an edgy 3-2 win over bottom-placed FC Gaitcha. The former national champions were made to sweat on their fate with news that
the league’s top goalscorers and nearest rivals AS Lossi had capitulated to an unexpected 4-2 loss to AS Thio Sport.

AS Lossi miss out on the Super Ligue Nestle’s coveted playoff spot by just one point.

Elsewhere in the Super Ligue Nestle ACB Poya were beaten 3-1 by Coupe de Nouvelle Caledonie opponents AS Temala to finish in 7th place.
