 ACE Pirae 2 v 0 U20 Selection (1-0)

Pirae, who sit in second place in the Championnat D1 standings increased their elevation up the table and avoided the difficult task of facing the best young players in the region by beating the U20 selection side 2-0.

William Voirin opened the scoring in the 26th minute, after captilising on a mistake made by Marama Amau in the U-20 defence.

ACE Pirae played a long ball game through strikers Naea Bennett and Hiro Labaste whereas the U-20’s were dangerous on the counter attack.
