The adjudicatory chamber of the OFC Ethics Committee, chaired by Mr. Sam Petaia, has decided to ban Tony Jamieson, Cameron Robertson and Brian Baudinet from taking part in any kind of football-related activity at national and international level for a period of five years each after each was found guilty of several breaches of the OFC Code of Ethics.
Also banned from taking part in any kind of football-related activity at national and international level for a period of three years is Mr. Toki Mambere of Papua New Guinea who was also found guilty of several breaches of the OFC Code of Ethics. These decisions were reached following two days of hearings held on 16 and 17 December 2013 at OFC’s headquarters in Auckland.
The bans are effective from 17 December 2013, the date on which each was provisionally suspended by the chairman of the adjudicatory chamber.
