It will be the third time the duo have been called into action together after officiating during Zambia’s 2-1 victory over hosts Costa Rica in front of 10,000 supporters.
They were also in action as Mexico triumphed 4-0 over China PR in Group D.
Additionally, Keighley acted as fourth official when Mexico defeated Colombia in the same group.
The quarter-final between Nigeria and Spain takes place in Liberia and will kick off on Friday at 3pm (NZ time).
