HORST WEIN has worked with Barcelona, Inter Milan and Arsenal to develop their youth programmes, and is currently Head Coach Educator for the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
The main theme of his “Soccer Development Model” is developing game intelligence in young soccer players by moving away from the traditional instruction-based coaching. The new philosophy introduced to participants is to encourage player creativity and intelligence through open dialogue and open questions.
