The Congress is being held at the Grand Papua Hotel from 9am with the election of the new OFC Executive Committee and OFC President headlining the event.
Joining representatives from each of the 11 OFC Member Associations will be representatives from football’s international governing body FIFA as well as Korean Football Association President Chung Mong-gyu.
The Congress will be followed by a press conference at approximately 11.30am, before the delegation takes a tour of the 2015 Pacific Games venues and facilities in Port Moresby in the afternoon.
The group will return to the Grand Papua Hotel where the event will conclude with the Congress cocktail and dinner with entertainment from local cultural groups.

Media are invited to attend the 23rd OFC Ordinary Congress. Filming of the opening speeches only is permitted, photographs can be taken throughout.
The Press Conference following the Congress is expected to commence at 11.30am, but will be dependent on the conclusion of the meeting.
Finally all media are invited to accompany the OFC and FIFA delegations on the tour of the Pacific Games sites. There is space on the tour buses which will depart from the Grand Pacific Hotel at 2pm. Please note that space on the tour buses may be limited so confirmation is essential.
