Serritslev has gone with a strong Hekari-base for his first international in charge of the national team with strikers Tommy Semmy and Koriak Upaiga included along with captain David Muta and goalkeeper Ismael Pole who was outstanding with the U-23 squad during the Pacific Games.
He says he’s confident with his selection and believes the two friendlies on 24 and 27 March, will be a good test for the squad ahead of the 2016 OFC Nations Cup.
“I am happy with the players here, they are committed to the sport and eager to learn which makes it easier for me to coach them,” Serritslev says.
“From these two friendlies we can see where we are and prepare for our next friendlies in Korea in May.”
