Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) is pleased to provide Beach Soccer fans with the official draw of the OFC Beach Soccer Championship Tahiti Nui 2009.
The round robin competition, which involves Fiji, Solomon Islands, Tahiti and Vanuatu, will be held from 27-31 July at Temae Beach in Moorea, Tahiti.
The Solomon Bilikiki will go into the championship as favourites after gaining valuable experience as Oceania’s representative in the previous three FIFA Beach Soccer World Cups.
This year’s winner will qualify for the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup UAE 2009 which kicks off in November.
The draw for the OFC Beach Soccer Championship 2009 was conducted at the OFC General Secretariat by members of the FIFA Development Office, with teams drawn from places 1 to 4 according to the format below.
