The agenda features the approval of the match schedules for the FIFA Confederations Cup Brazil 2013 and the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™.
The Executive Committee will also receive a report from the FIFA President on the proposals approved at the 61st FIFA Congress in Zurich.
In addition, the committee will receive reports on the FIFA competitions which have taken place since the previous meeting held on 30 May 2011, as well as an update on the preparations for the upcoming competitions, such as the FIFA Club World Cup Japan 2011.

Note to editors: a live TV event to announce the match schedules of the FIFA Confederations Cup Brazil 2013 and the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ will take place in the auditorium of the Home of FIFA on 20 October, starting at 17.50 CET (local time in Zurich).
Furthermore, a press conference will follow the meeting of the Executive Committee at the Home of FIFA in Zurich on 21 October, starting at 15.00 CET.
Media accreditation will be required to attend these media activities. Media who wish to apply for accreditation should send an e-mail by Friday, 14 October 2011 to [email protected], indicating their name, function (photographer, journalist, cameraman, etc.), media organisation, and whether they would like to attend both events (on 20 and 21 October) or only one of the two.
