“We have gone through so much in the last few weeks and it’s very hard for the League to take a decision of what happens between Tafea and Amicale in the final of the TVL Opening Cup.
“Both teams are the best in the league and we don’t want to see them and other clubs in the league fighting, because football is a beautiful game and we must always respect, protect football and always play with the spirit of fair play,” Said PVFA President Chris Kalabang.
“The “Respect the Game” initiative speaks to the heart of all football players and fans.
“The message is simple and direct. Let all of our actions be guided by respect.
“To achieve that goal, everyone is targeted in a way that relates to their individual circumstances yet collectively achieves a common goal.” Concluded Mr. Kaltabang.
The PVFA disciplinary Committee will give out their judgement today before the 2013/2014 season kicks off next week.
