Standard Conditions of Hire

Facilities available

  • 12 rooms – all twin share facilities, with own bathroom – toilet and showers.

Rates

  • $100 (exclusive GST) per room, per night for NON-OFC members
  • $25 (exclusive GST) per room, per night for OFC Member Associations
  • 50% upfront payment of rent as deposit
  • $100 bond per room required for 1-4 rooms
  • $500 bond per room required for 5+ rooms
